Yes. After payment confirmation, you will receive a link to access our virtual consult, where the doctor will start the video consultation.

No downloads or installations are needed. Hola Health is 100% online; just use your mobile, tablet, or computer browser to access our secure platform. You will only have to authorise the use of the camera and microphone when you join the video consultation.

Hola Health is not suitable for medical emergencies or life-threatening conditions. If you’re experiencing chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or symptoms that require immediate attention, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E.

Please note that children below 12 months should not use this service, and for one to seventeen, the video consultation with a doctor will require a responsible adult with the patient.

Yes, our registered doctors can issue valid sick notes, also known as fit notes, that meet the requirements for work, school, or university leave. During your consultation, the doctor will assess your symptoms and determine if a sick note is appropriate. If approved, the fit note will be created and sent to you digitally via email.

If the doctor feels you would benefit from a test and further evaluation, they can issue a referral letter for you. This is based on the information you provided during your consultation, along with the doctor’s medical judgment. The referral letter is then securely emailed to you.
