Who performs the consultations?
All consultations are safe and secure and are performed by health professionals registered in the UK.
How do I pay for the consultation?
Payment is made via credit card via a secure payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
I have a question about a refund.

Can I use Hola in a medical emergency?
No. Hola Health should not be used to seek help for medical emergencies.
In case of an emergency, call 999 immediately.

All consults are conducted from the convenience of your mobile phone or desktop computer using either Safari or Chrome browsers.
What do I need?
You’ll need a working mobile phone or desktop computer with a stable internet connection and a front-facing camera.

Who reviews my request for a sick note or referral?
All medical letter requests are reviewed by fully licensed UK-based doctors and healthcare professionals. During your consultation, they will assess your symptoms and decide whether it’s clinically appropriate to issue a sick note, or referral
Is it guaranteed that I’ll get a sick note or referral?
No, it’s not guaranteed. Our doctors and medical professionals follow clinical guidelines and will only issue medical documents if they determine it is safe and appropriate based on your condition and consultation. If a document isn’t issued, you will still receive professional advice and care options tailored to your needs.
