No, Hola Health UK is meant for non-emergency healthcare purposes and should not be used if you require immediate medical help.

If you’re experiencing a medical emergency:

  • Call 999 immediately, or
  • Go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.

If you’re unsure whether your situation is an emergency, call NHS 111 for advice.

Hola Health is designed to support people with non-emergency health concerns, including medical advice, fit notes, and referrals. They are not appropriate for emergencies or conditions requiring immediate medical attention.

For non-emergency concerns such as cold and flu symptoms, minor infections or general health issues, you can book an online doctor consultation with Hola Health.
